Dear Seastreak Customers,
We are pleased to announce that we have updated our service alert system to a new platform. With this new alert system, you will be able choose how you receive alerts, whether that be via email, text, or voice messages. You will also be able to select the Seastreak routes that are relevant to you (Atlantic Highlands, Highlands, or Belford) and make changes to your route preferences at any time. All customers will need to sign up for this new alert system as our current alert system will no longer send out alerts.
Instructions on how to sign up for our new alert system are included below and we are excited to offer this new method of service alerts which will be quicker and more effective than our current system!

- Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and/or phone number where you would like to receive service alerts.
- Select which locations you would like to receive alerts about. We will be able to send customized alerts to each group so that if you are not interested in receiving any alerts related to our Belford location, then you will not.
- Select your preferred communication preference: Email, Voice, or SMS (text).
- Check off the I accept the Alert Media Terms of Service and then click Send Activation Pin.
- The system will then send you a pin that you must enter to confirm that you have signed up and bring you to the below page.
- Please note that in order to sign in to AlertMedia you will need to create an account, but this is not necessary in order to receive our new alerts.
- Please note that all text and voice messages will come from the number (732)907-8639 so feel free to add this number as Seastreak’s Service Alert number.
