Saturday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Conners Highlands service operates Monday – Sunday.
Parking is free. Cars are allowed to be parked at Conner's Highlands for 24 hours only. All cars parked overnight at Conner's Highlands will now be marked, and any cars still in the lot for a second night will be towed at the owners expense. If you are planning to leave you car for longer than one night, please utilize the Sunset Valet service at 732-513-5686 or 732-670-3774 for long-term parking. As for drop offs and pickups of passengers, please know that you are not permitted to stop or sit in the fire zones. This includes the entire area along the bulkhead. The area is a legal fire zone and the Highlands Police are enforcing the restrictions and may issue tickets to cars stopped or sitting in the fire zones. There is no overnight parking allowed during inclement weather.
Take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 105 (Eatontown, Route 36 East). Follow Route 36 East past Monmouth Park until you reach Ocean Avenue (one block west of beach). Make a left on to Ocean Ave and follow north through Monmouth Beach and Sea Bright, then over the Highlands Bridge (before Sandy Hook National Park & beach). Once across the Highlands Bridge, turn right at the second light at Linden Ave. Follow Linden Ave to the stop sign, and turn left on to Waterwitch Ave. Go one block and make the first left on to Shore Drive.
Follow Shore Drive until you see the sign on the right for the SeaStreak Ferry Terminal.
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 117. Follow the signs to Route 36 East. Follow Route 36 approximately 11 miles to the Highlands business district "jug handle" (Linden Avenue). Follow Linden Ave to the stop sign, and turn left on to Waterwitch Ave. Go one block and make the first left on to Shore Drive.
Follow Shore Drive until you see the sign on the right for the Seastreak Ferry Terminal.
No Idling Notice
Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that Seastreak has posted "No Idling" signs at our Conners location. We have been informed that the NJDEP will be stepping up its idling enforcement for all vehicles. Vehicles found idling for more than 3 minutes in the "No Idling Zone" will be issued an immediate $100.00 fine. Please know that there is no grace period for this violation. The Monmouth County Health Department will be conducting a sweep in the near future. Please be advised that this is your warning so that the issuance of unnecessary fines can be avoided.

We are proud to offer valet service (through Sunset Valet) at our Conner's Highlands location only.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday, 7:30am-9:30am and 3:30pm-7:30pm
If you are departing or arriving between the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm, please notify Jim at (732) 670-3774 approximately two (2) hours in advance of departure or arrival.
Single/Same-Day Parking: $10.00 (Departure and arrival between 6am-10pm)
Monthly Single/Same Day Parking: $125.00
Overnight Parking: $15.00/per night
Weekly Overnight Parking: $70.00
In the event that there is not a Sunset Valet attendant in the parking lot upon your arrival, please leave your car parked alongside the bulkhead, and bring your keys to the Seastreak ticket agent inside the floating terminal.
