If you’ve got delicate sensibilities, you might want to look away, because we’re going to use the worst C-word we know. Then we’re going to follow it up with the S-word. Ready? Christmas shopping. There’s too few weekends to finish it, at least for most of us procrastinators, so it’s time to get a move on. When gift cards feel too lame, and you’re tired of wrapping up boring gifts to cram under the Christmas tree, you need to find items with a little pizzazz. The Grand Central Holiday Fair has your solution! It’s on now, from November 17 to December 24, in Grand Central Station (89 E. 42nd Street)!

Grand Central Holiday Fair 1

Shop ‘Til You Drop

The Grand Central Holiday Fair has been bringing you the most unique and exciting gifts to give your family and friends for 15 years! This year, it’s taking up the entire Vanderbilt Hall in Grand Central Station with 76 vendors. You’ll find something for everyone on your holiday gift list at this shopapalooza. Most conveniently, it’s open every day until Christmas Eve (except Thanksgiving, because hey, a vendor’s got to eat).

The Goods

There’s plenty of wearables available, from stylish neckties at Tiecoon to fancy chapeaus at Swan and Stone Millinery. Kids of all ages will look forward to toys from Toytoise! Got an art collector to buy for? Check out Skendzic Photo’s booth for some gorgeous and unique pictures. Scent lovers will adore gifts from The Soap and Paper Factory (which may or may not sell paper, but has beautiful, handmade soaps and candles).

Holiday shoppers will love Seastreak! We’re an easy choice to make, unlike the perennial debate about whether to get Uncle Lester a tie or a beer hat. Enjoy your holiday outings with a ride on a luxurious catamaran!

Sea you soon!
